The man REFUSED to Debate Forrester or even appear anywhere with him at every-turn, The Media Hunted down Louternberg said they would free any air-time they wanted to host the debate and invted both Candits

To quote Forrester

"I'm ready, You want it Midnight on Tuesday in St Petersburg, I'll be on a plane there in an hour"
Loutenberg refused despite having enough time to give sixteen hour long interviews.....
