keep this one. i´m used to this one and it´s always confusing if someone changes his avatar because you dont really look at the name of the poster who wrote the message you´re reading but see the avatar in the corner of your eye without focusing on it.

Pink, definitely pink. Whoops, wrong thread, but a pink angel might be nice too even though its not my thing. I like them both, so I won't torture you with freaky avatars if you change to the red one.

I have a predilection for black, so I'm a bit biased to your current one .
Oh yes, and your pictures are a little too compressed. It should be easy in PSP to trim and smooth the edges that are a result of the compression.
