Alright, here's the question. I don't have Microsoft Word. I need something free to download that works like it does. Notepad sucks ass so does the other writiing program on my comp. I used to have Word but it must have been pirated, because I only had an upgrade disc and of course it wouldn't load from that. Can ya help me please?

You should be able to find a copy of Star Office around. The earlier versions are free and offers a decent word processor.

There is a free office suite out there. Try the following address:

Thanks Terwynn! I'm about to start using it, but so far the download was quick, installation a breeze and it even got a file my cousin sent a few months back to open. LoL!
