Is Jesus a Chevy man?

I'm a little disgusted at Chevrolet for their latest marketing campaign in the deep south. The automaker is hitching cars to faith and plans a multimedia worship service complete with pastors, christian rock bands, and model cars. Church-going customers who test drive a Chevy vehicle will get a free christian rock t.v. How are people of religious minorities supposed to feel? Will Buick start toting a car that Mohammed would drive? Will Yamaha introduce Moses' motorbike? Does anyone else think that this is marketing gone too far? Should a company try to link itself to one single religion? **shakes head**

You know the world's coming to an end when the commercials say "buy or car or you'll go ot hell!". It's almost blasphemy.

Almost. They didn't use God's name in vain.

I guess they decided to go after the idiot market. Sadly enough, that's a smart business strategy. As they say, a fool and his money are soon parted.

Chevorlet I have no problem with; they're a business, and they're supposed to give consumers what they want. The problem is with the customers, not the business.

Jesus probably would go to the used car dealership anyway, and buy an affordable, dependable car that wouldn't strain his budget, so using Him to advertise for new cars is idiotic anyway from a Christian perspective...

For some reason I can't picture Jesus driving a car. He seems like the type to take the bus.

Well it seems funny, but as far as i know is that the church is the no 1 Advertisement agency and it advertises christianity, the synagogue the agency with clients like David, moses and suliman comes in second place along with Mecca for Muhammad .
But it seems that these last decades the jewish advertisement agency is playing it well and getting the best rewards, very clever strategy since 1944, it brought christianity to the lowest levels in it's history and now rippin the shit out of Islam, a very clever tactic and exelent camouflage, the masters of disguise, but it all ends bloody as allways, very bloody indeed.
Cheers, Salam, Shalom.
