It had a negative reaction with me, both physically and emotionally. So i felt stupid for trying it in the first place. So, I asked to be punished.

Gee, aks and ye shall recieve!:D You're only the second person I've heard of having an adverse reaction to weed like that. It must've been a reaction to your meds and possibly the condition that requires medication working together. I've been smoking for seventeen years and love it dearly. At worst I've been paranoid and antsy. I'm not one of those people that wakes up and starts smoking. Weed is best enjoyed towards the end of the day, during leisure time. Or going to the movies.

Its effectively alchohol with THC in it. We are currently trying to figure out exactly how to make this using a good quality (read, will not send you blind) home still set.

why would it make you blind?

Methyl (Wood) Alcohol will blind you.
Isopropyl (Rubbing) will do it too.
Denatured (Ethyl deliberately contaminated with methyl, common in WW2 torpedoes) will also blind.
Only Ethyl (Beer/Gin/Vodka/Whisky/Etc.) is non-blinding...
