Scenario(REAL): You have a Indiana CCW and an armed man shows up with his GUN on you to rob you or whatever, possibly even kill you. You remember the last armed robbery..just last week..when YOU were robbed and herded into a bathroom fearing that this was 'the end'.

You draw your licensed gun and do a double or tripple tap..hitting the ARMED perp center mass, the wounded perp drags hisself outside and the fool dies just outside your door.

Yeah, what Exenorate said. He should had the Semi-Automatic auto fire Glock, 15 rounds in him, judge couldn't say much you accidently put it on auto fire, until you managed too stop it.

actually, since the nazis used it it´s other meanings become pointless unless used in a way which clearly idintifies it as a symbol which is not in connection with the nazis (for example on these vietnamese graves). if it´s not clearly identified as such the meaning of the symbol is taken my the nazis. you cant say "hey, i like the shape of the hakenkreuz, i´ll use it as a cool symbol without any meanting".

Not really; the symbol must be oriented to the right in order for it to be a Nazi swastika.
