At least with Win2k sp3 we can finally uninstall Outlook Express cleanly.

Critical Updates is one of the more boring tasks I can think of when administering networks/desktops.

Now if only SP3 didn't make it difficult to install other types of software. We are using Win2K SP2 at my school. And it looks like we're staying there, because there are some major issues with SP3 and our hardware design software.

Yeah, thats the trouble with big patches for the OS and third party software.

One problem I ran into was after applying all the update for Office 2K , you can no longer email .ppt files. You have to zip them first. Not a big deal, but it was a minor inconvienience to trouble shoot.
