That doesn't draw it out long enough or allow for enough public participation. Maybe after death though. As it stands I'd like for very small rocks to be used.

Sentence him to thirty years of complete sensory deprivation. FAR more effective than any of the stuff you guys suggested. (Note: If he's not a drooling mess at the end of those thirty years, then stone/assrape/castrate/torture/whatever him.)
