Looks like a reference to "Eyes Wide Shut". During the orgy scene there were robed people digitally inserted to cover the people screwing, in order to lower it's rating.

Before the hooded people fade out, it sorta reminds me of 3 people looking at a turkey.

Ain't It Cool News (a film news site) has animated gifs in the upper-left corner of the page dubbed "Harry Heads", due to the fact that they often involve an animated likeness of the site owner Harry Knowls (sp?). Usually they are of his face, but often include his entire body, and are always film related. They range from being fairly harmless to rather violent, but are always humorous (eg, Harry dressed as a gladiator getting his arm cut off, Harry rendered like Fred Flintstone running with a Hanna-Barbera-esque "endless background", and Harry nude with rose petels as in American Beauty).
Most are pretty obvious in what film they are a reference to, but sometimes it's a little difficult. There was one where Harry's head split, grew crab/spider legs, and crawled away. It was debated whether it was a reference to The Thing or Naked Lunch.
This is obviously for Eyes Wide Shut, for the reasons XaLEv mentioned. The two people are Harry and (I'm guessing possibly) Moriarty, a writer for AICN.
