Is there any threat of them escaping and wreaking havoc on the universe? If so, then commence primary ignition! If not, then I'll keep an eye on them for entertainment value, and if they seem like they're getting close to interstellar travel, BDZ them.

I agree with Yoshi. If you can find them turning on each other, the Galactic Pay-Per-View rights should be worth a good bit. If they start building spacecraft, do a localized BDZ and incinerate an area of, say, 50 square kilometers around the construction and launch facilities, just to keep them contained.
