The people in my confirmation class rotate helping out in the daycare that goes on during the main portion of the service every Sunday. Today was my day to help out, so I went down right after the children's sermon. It was fairly routine, the kids(6-8) had some cookies, some lemonade, then went upstairs. We all played a rousing game of Bibleoply(think Monopoly with no competition, no greed, and a single church inside of houses and hotels), at which point I was seriously considering assissted suicide(theirs) as an effective means of birth control. They were all ultrahyper. Every one of them. Gah.

Anyway, as the game wound down, two of the boys kept saying that they would be 'going to Texas'. They then explained that 'Texas' was the boy's bathroom. A variety of antics followed, the details of which I will not bother you. Suffice to say it included 'Texas', chairs, and a lot of small wooden balls.

Anyway, after everyone was all ready to go down and greet the parents, the two boys started up with the 'I'm going to Texas' thing again. One of the girls said, 'Are you going to Canada too?'. To which the boy replied,

'Eeew. Canada is the girl's bathroom.'

That just struck me as being rather funny.

Cool, we get all the girls!!!!!

ROTF, Ver! I find Texas rather scary, with all its homophobic gun-slinging, cowboy-boot wearin' inhabitants (and yes, before anyone gets on my case about Texans, I have 5 friends who lives there *shudder*). So, yes, I back up your "Texas sucks" comment. Ick, not the place for me.

2. Its called a newreader and there are many (Xnews, FreeAgent, Outlook, hell even Opera includes one). Furthermore there are more than a few here, myself included, who could talk you through the basics of geting into USENET.
3. Not really, you just need to have been around a while and use something OTHER than Google to read and post.
4. I'm not arguing just saying you ought to avoid saying that to Raven
