10 wins, beat FSU and going to a bowl game. Not to shabby. :)

And yet, FSU is still likely going to end up in the Sugar Bowl, even though they could (and probably will) be a 7-5 team at the end of the regular season. Shame.

Aaaaargh! I'm still livid that Bama lost to Auburn in the Iron Bowl! Now I must endure an entire year of shame and humilitation....

I concur. Why do these people get off on slugs bashing into each other?

Well, like I said before, everyone gets off in their own way. Let's leave them alone, shall we?

I used to work a 13 hour shift in a sports bar kitchen on Sundays with nothing but the occasional cigarette break. Nothing says fun like busting your ass feeding about a thousand people, and nursing the mother of all hangovers at the same time. I despise football.

Two years ago, I would have had the same attitude as you all do towards college football.

Attend a Division I-A school with a good football program and you'll understand...

Hey, you either like college football or you don't. I have as much disdain for professional baseball (and football for that matter) as do some of these folks for college football...

OK, so I'm having a bad week other than the football game.

So, hopefully....

I'M GOING TO ATLANTA FOR NEW YEARS!!!

You think you're facing shame and humiliation? I'm a Michigan State Spartan fan. The best 4-8 team in the nation, baby!!! Average margin of loss for this season was four touchdowns.

I saw that score. But I hear the coach got axed. Hopefully they'll get you a decent coach and you'll be much better next year.

And I'd rather go to the Peach Bowl than the Gator Bowl. Playing indoors is much better. :D Plus, it only takes 6 hours to get to Atlanta and I know the city.

Besides, the Peach Bowl likes us. We've been there the most and I think it'd be really cool to possibly play Tennesse!

Yeah, Michigan State axed HC Bobby Williams four weeks ago. First time in school history a coach has been canned mid-season. But then again, when you're sporting the worst defense in 30 years and a cocaine addict for a quarterback, what do you expect?

NC State/Tenn should be an interesting match up if that goes down. What the hell happened to Tenn this year? Weren't they supposed to be contending for the National Championship?

I'm a Image fan (woo hoo, for a change) but I graduated from Image and they've had a major league suck-ass year this year. Unfortunately basketball season is starting up and all of the fogey-fans are stired up because we're ranked so high and appear to be pretty good this year. (Arizona caters to everyone but the students when it comes to basketball so we have a ton of grey hairs quietly watching games at McHale Center while only a small sprinkling of students are allowed to attend :x ).

Injuries, loads of injuries. It would be OK if they went down in style, but they've accompanied their disappointing season with whininess and such a lack of class that I have no sympathy for them. Ah Kelly, I hope you get to play the Volsintears at the Peach Bowl, because there are few things that can compare with beating that orange-colored piece of shit called Tennessee.

But it looks like you won't be playing Tennessee, you'll be playing either Pittsburgh or West Virginia in the much more prestigious Gator Bowl which NC State just accepted. Congrats.

Honestly he never should have been a head coach, fucking idiot. They were right to give him the boot though. That kind of stuff is indicative of a coach that can't control his team, add to that the piss poor on the field discipline and it's a loosing combination.

I honestly think this is the biggest crock of shite ever, you guys are currently 4th so both us Terps and the Cavs got passed over, really freakin retarded. Still we've beaten both you and West Virginia so I guess we're too good for the Gator.
