True...though I actually wonder why?

I mean seriously do people act this way in real life...I mean when I get a new co-worker I have yet to see many new co-workers become some asskisser(it happens but not that often given that our boss is pretty much a small cog in the machinery that is the US government).

I mean for everytime we have someone like Zaia we get a Mike 6002....ah well at least we get a Zaia.

I don't understand it either, really. I hung around SD.net for months before posting anything; before I even had a username. Then, finally, Ando convinced me to sign up and even after I had a username, I was extremely careful about what I said (still am, actually).

Yes, I agree. I don't quite understand why people feel compelled to act that way, but I think you're absolutely right about them.
