I have a phone bill for 23 cents.

Current US postage rates are 37 cents for first-class mail.

The online payment system has a minimum of a dollar.

Any suggestions?

Can;t you pay it at the local Post Office? That's how my family pays phone bil, pay cash at the PO and they send it on to NTL, no extra charges.

I have the feeling that'd cost more than the actual bill.

Erm you could phone em up and ask them to defer it till next bill, it's not like they're gonna miss 23 cents.

Where did the 23 cents come from?

23 cents? Lol! Don't pay, just wait...and they'll send you bill that cost them 50 cents to get to you. The IRS does the same kind of thing.

Your intrest rates might go up if you don't pay it.

One of my friends sent them 3 dollars. Each month her phone bill is like yours 30 cents or so. So they just deduct it from her credit. That way she only sends in 1 envelope and stamp every 10 months or so.

Im thinking of doing the same. I had about about the same amount of money for long distance as you did.

Phone call to a friend's cell, but it was a Jersey area code.

Gah. Probably get a $20 late fee.
