I found out these the Hard Way™.

1. Use Caution when pouring cold liquids such as Peroxide into your ear. It WILL Royally Fuck up (read: completely destroy) your balance!

Finding a large, comfortable, stable chair before you fall on something sharp and gruesomely impaling yourself is recommended.

2. Sinus Pills can Get You High As A Fucking KITE! Even when taken with a meal, just 2 standard over-the-counter sinus pills can get you intoxicated. Staying your ass the fuck home is HIGHLY recommended. Driving a car or using other dangerous machinery isn't! Besides, the high isn't a nice happy one either.

Getting addicted to sinus pillz is contraindicated as well.
Don't worry, I'm OK (as in I didn't impale myself on something or have to drive or get addicted for that matter) but it's still better safe than sorry.

Dude, check the packet, on it somewhere does it say: pseudoephidrine?

If so, yes, they are a lot of fun and with a bit of work you can have home made amphetamines...

I've gotten knocked out be Aleve because my drug tolerance is so low. I used to do some stuff from a book I read by Kreskin on biofeedback, and now have enough of a pain tolerance that I don't use pain medications (broke my nose four times, my hand once, and pulled two tendons in my knee, and only used aspiring the first time I broke my nose, when I was 7). Then I had a long day on my feet right after screwing up my knee, took one Aleve, and was out cold for ten hours and groggy for the next ten.
