Not to sound like the same old song and dance, but give it time. Right now you are in the moment and we have all had times when we were so caught up in things we had to deal with that we felt trapped or sad. Things will change. Even if you can't see how they will, tust me, they will. I'm not sure what to say that doesn't sound cliched but mostly what you are doing now is the best thing to help, talk it out. There are people here that love to chat and have been in the same situation.

Are you feeling any emotions other than fear, honey?

I'm not sure I quite agree with the way some have stated it, but I too believe that you have power over this situation. You have control over how you feel, if you can gather enough power within yourself to take that control.

The first step might be to just talk about what it is that has you so scared.

Just remember there are always people much worse than you.

I was in India for 2 weeks back when I was a happy Marine core boy and some of the things are saw.......

People in the street dying because they have no food

Kids lots and lots of kids running around living outside because they have no moms and dads.

People just getting sick in the middle of the road and walking away from it.

Life is a big merry go around never know whats going to happen next.

By the way if you are upset about things some thing that always works for me is just get outside and scream as loud as you can and say "I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Yeah, emotions suck, bothersome little things. Learn to tune things out of your mind, it works for a lot of situations, very valuable skill. If your really getting down or something, then find someone to unload on, having a shoulder to cry on always helps. Well, I've been about as mushy as I can handle.

I've been through some rough times, as we all have, I'm sure, and thoughts like what Guyver posted are the things that got me away from feeling sorry for myself. Yes, things may suck at times, but if you look at your life from the eyes of someone less fortunate than you (and I'd be willing to be my life that millions of people have it worse than whatever you are dealing with now), you may find things to appreciate.
