Originally the government was to pay just 2 million for this, assuming they actually got what they expect in user fees they've somehow spent over 883 million, or 44,050% more then expected.

This while the New Jersey National Guard has more ammunition then the whole CDF.

Overbudget, this is Canada were where struggling to have a decent health care and school budget and we went overbudget on this, my country is so moronic, well not as bad as the states but still pretty bad

And of course even with this system which means it costs 400$ just to get a permit, you can illegally buy an Ak-47 and a 1000 rounds of ammo in Vancouver for the same amount.

I did! I'm lucky though, my MP is Svend Robinson. And while I might not agree with him on all points, I can count on him to stand up for what he believes and not just go alone with the party line or what the polls say Canadian's want.
