I need suggestion for worst troll off the year where we kill'em TGOD ASVS style and who or what gets to take out the troll?

Date for optimal TGOD date for this to be done last week of December

You REALLY don't understand what a TGOD is do you? they aren't scheduled (unless they're STGODs), they aren't something you plan out in advance (unless they're STGODs), they aren't anything you think they are besides a chance to ass-rape people. frankly I think you are confusing the idea of STGODing with TGODing itself, there's a BIG difference figure it out and shut your pie hole in the meantime.
