Anyone else have this kind of CDwriting prog?
I just got a CD-writing program called "Nero Burning Rom"....
It's the corniest name for an application I've ever seen. But what other program let's you burn 740 megs onto a 700 meg CD-R??
Does anyone else have anything like this?

Is it free?
Does it work for video files? I have several MST3K episodes on my HD that I might have to split in two to get them onto two CD-Rs.

I use Nero now on this comp, it came with my CDRW. On my dad's I use NTI sometimes, if it's data or music vids. If it's just an audio cd I go straight through wmp

Ummm, I don't know what rock you've lived under, but Nero is only the best CD burner program available for Windows. It isn't total shit like Easy CD is.Shinova wrote:I just got a CD-writing program called "Nero Burning Rom"....

I, as an American resent that! Many people have heard of Nero, and almost every nerd in this country has. However, it does have some flaws... For example, it has protection stuff that makes it impossible to bypass protection schemes for CDs. Right now, I'm using CD Clone, which allows you to make exact sector by sector copies of the originalColonel Olrik wrote:It's quite common here, as well.
