Lot of fucked up shit goes on in South America. Though this is not that bad by some standards.

Anyway, pretty worthless training, you can have your troops butcher there own meat if you want them used to blood, and dog suffers a whole lot. Hopefully this will stop, but I very much doubt it.

And how is drinking dog blood going to make the troops immune to the latest in military technology?

It's messed up to me, but with the stuff going in South America, I'm suprised it isn't done for fun.

How the heck is that test supposed to make you brave?

I think they use homeless kids for that sort of thing in Brazil.....

Hey, some laws just make sense and should be inter-national. Jail time for cruelty to animals is just one of them.

Best thing to do would be to tie up those Peruvian soldiers and let Military dogs do some training on them.

If I ever saw somebody treating a loyal animal like that I would seriously consider sliting their throut in their sleep. That is very sad. Good thing my dog is an indoor dog.

I am disgusted by this, and also suprised. Although I haven't really been able to find much about their army (I was Peru in DotW over at the Frontier so I has to do quite a bit of research into Peru) everything I read about their air force and navy was positive and I kinda assumed the same could be said of the army.

This is sick. And utterly stupid.

Ok, this thread just made a lot of posters go up in my "asshole list" (not the ones who were simply outraged at the mistreatment of dogs, but the ones who said 'let's make some US soldiers fuck some Peruvian soldiers and see if they like it')
