What are your thoughts on the next 5 years of North and South Korea?

The most plausible scenarios may well influence my future plans.

Then pay attention to the elections. At the moment, it looks like Mr. No will take it.

North Korea will collapse due to their deteorating economy. They will either have to accept the West and their neighbor to the south, or they will continue to go under. It's hard to maintain law and order when your populace is starving.

Well, when your military is large and well-fed and the populace is not, it can be done.

A genetically modified colonel will seize power in a bloody coup and use a gigantic satillite to sweep across the DMZ, only to be stopped by a dashing British agent and his sexy American partner.

They'll probably embrace Capitalism, or the people will continue starving. If that is the case, I wouldn't be suprised if some bloody revolution occurs.

In the next five years I expect it will be much the same as now. However I don't belive the country will last past 2015
