How can I put a picture next to my name?

Go "Profile" on the top right corner of your screen.

Find a picture you want and save onto your hard drive. Then shrink it to fit in 80x80 pixel space, and lower the quality or raise the compression rate to make sure it's less than 6KB. Next edit your profile, and click "browse computer" in the avatar section. Select the image you modified, and click open.
