DGE (DarkGalaxy Empire) VS FOP (Federation of planets)

The Stats as far as i know are exactly:
DarkGalaxy Empire: MAIN FLEETS
10 members - (PER MEMBER)
500 Destroyers
500 Assualt Ships
450 Cruisers
450 Frigates
1000 Fighters
1000 Bombers
20 Freighters
10 Colony Ships
FOP - NEWBIES
25 Members with LESS ships then the 10 Vets do.. EXACT knowledge is unknown, they are currently in the midst of signing a Null Agression Pact that will actually.. put them in the empire dfirect control.. or dispand them by turning them against each other
*veg* what do you people think i should do?
