In Spring of 2003, Ted's school is taking them all on a field trip down
to their neighbors down south.

He is going to visit Gettysburg and then Washington DC on their tour,
and on the return trip, they'll all visit Hershey, PA (for the chocolate
factories, not the amusement park...yeah right)..

Shall we all begin planning to make Ted's trip a memorable one?

I immediately assign myself to take Ted thru the Mall in DC!

Anyway, I'll drive to Hershey, kidnap him, and drop him and his classmates in West Philly. At night. With loaded wallets. It'll be an educational experience.

Since they're former Canadians, I assumed they'd already have that stuff.

Lets see, they'll be coming to DC and doing the tourist thing...damn I've already done that a dozen times and I don't know if I could stand doing ti again.

I think its one of the funniest things of all that I live 30 minutes north of the center of American political power and yet I almost never visit the institutions in DC nor do I often visit the museums and tourist sites. In fact I've never been in the White House (though I have been on the floor of the Senate and was given a tour by Trent Lott's chief of staff back when he was still Senate Majority Leader).

Anyway I'll buy the paintballs if you supply the guns Mark.

How wasteful. The Smithsonians aren't the complete best museums I've ever been in, but they're damn good. Not to mention free.

I'll add some realistic effects to Gettysburg with the aid of my AR. Then help Acid Boy dump them in Phily.
