Nazism. Assuming we're talking about Nazi Germany here, I would realize how ridiculously easy it would be to assassinate Hitler, and do so.

There was a special on the whole subject on the History Channel some time ago. Apparantly, Hitler had a summer house in the wilderness of Germany of Austria (don't remeber which). When he was not there, it was guarded by a single soldier. When he was there, the only guards where his personal retinue. Every morning, he'd go for a walk around his house. He would daydream, and not even respond when one of his officers required his attention. He was completely out of it for 30 minuites or so the walk took. Then later, he would walk (not drive) a good long ways to his tea house with his officers. There they drank tea, then all took an afternoon nap! After they woke up, they'd all drive back to the summer house, on a rough road surround by dense woodland.

They got this information from an interview with one of Hitler's former bodyguards, so I'd say its pretty reliable.

Well, between these two evils I think the lesser for me is Nazism. In the Stalinist USSR, everybody had a shitty standard of living aside from the card-carrying members of the Communist party. In Nazi Germany, I think if you minded your own business and weren’t a Jew, you might be okay by comparison. The fact that I have blue eyes and blond hair probably wouldn’t have hurt either.

Its Hitler. Overkill = good. So he can't use his magic luck to save himself. If I shot him with a Luger or something, his guards would gun me down and he would probably live. If I had a Mauser I could pick him off from the woods. Or better yet, an MG42 and get him, his officers, and his guards

True. Hitler wouldn't be smart enough too notice a German soldier setting up an MG42 or think the Bavarian Redoubt was under construction.

Forced to choose, I'd go with Nazism. Stalin killed more people than Hitler, and I think the standard of living in Nazi Germany was higher. Also, the Third Reich was destined to fall apart.

Considering I'm not white, I'd probably be sent to Auschwitz real fast, but assassinating Hitler seems to easier than assassinating Stalin.

Nazism, I at least would be able to leave it, though taking a rifle and then a grenade to the Leader is an appealing option.

I'd actually take the Nazis. The KGB was more efficient than the Gestapo, really... and I'd assassinate Hitler and take over the Reich, then announces that the Jews and everone else had been punished enough and that now we should direct our anger against humanity's true racial threat: small-breasted, poodle-skirt-wearing, bagpipe-playing, zebra-riding half-Australian/half-Lapplander communist buddhist socialist hermaphrodites.

The racists in the Reich would go nuts scouring the world for these individuals to bring them to death, for the rest of Germany I would declare officially "Eternal Oktoberfest" and get nasty with the Beer Maidens.
