Well, considering that the Gargantua is covered in a metallic armor much like a tank, carries dual flamethrowers, and takes a shitload of explosives (like, say, an airstrike) to bring down, I have to hand this to the Gargantua.

There is also some dispute about the origins of the Gargantua. Given its flamethrowers and metallic armor, I'm of the opinion that it's a bionic creation; not quite organic, not quite machine, but a combination of both.
