A Montana man who legally changed his name to "Jack Ass" in 1997 has sued media giant Viacom Inc. , claiming its stunt-heavy, gross-out TV show and movie "Jackass" had defamed his character.
How can you possibly defame a guy dumb enough to change his own name to Jack Ass. I mean what the fuck was this idiot thinking in the first place and why the hell is he suprised that he got a bad name? Isn't it at best a stupid name.

Here's another guy that should be laughed out of court. He wasn't forced to change his name, so any damages he brought on himself. Jack Ass is a jackass. He should reunite himself with his brothers, Fat and Dumb.
