What would it be? I would like to learn how to play celtic violin. I love music of different cultures, especially celtic.

Another thing is how to fly any kind of aircraft. Especially 747's. BIG planes.

I want to do physics in my head, know the deadliest martial arts, and how to use any rifle and pistol. In my small town none of these exists

Where do you live at? Are those illegal or sumfin?

Hmm....a totally fool proof way of taking over the world....rather than the George W. Bush "I'm a fool, let me take over the world" method.

I am already well trained in my other choice.
Weapons combat...mostly swords, but axes and polearms are fun too...

If I could have any skill instantly it would be either Carmack level guru graphics programmer or a top level mathmatician. Hmm now I think of it either of them would do the trick, if you're real good at maths you'll be real good at 3D graphics programming.

Instantly gain the knowledge and discipline required to be an aikido master.

Another one would be the ability to perform uber-calculations in my head (like able to look through stock listings and work out which are going to go well etc.

I would want to know how to cheat at Blackjack or Poker or something like that. Las Vegas here I come!

Apart from that, it would probably be nice if I knew some more about physics or science or math. Likely science would be the one I would choose.

Figure out instantly how to use any weapon whatsoever effectively from just picking it up.
Or be able to draw flawlessly accurate 3-views of objects on the computer.

The physics and math stuff would be cool as would various martial arts, but the thing I'd most want would be to pick up new languages.


Being able to flawlessly pick up any artisitic form/style/talent etc... would be great too.

Well physics, all of it, Engineering, martial arts, programming(C, C++, C#, Perl, Fortran, Cobol, Assembly, ASP and so on), 3D stuff.

I would be an expert on Operating Systems. Then I would write an operating system that can emulate all the major operating systems.

I'd learn how to conquer the world before the age of 25

I would want to be able to play any piano piece perfectly the first time around, right off of the sheet music.

Or, I would like to learn how to run fast and for long periods of time. I tried doing track once, and I got lapped in the 100m dash!

Ambidexterity, and effective use of swords in general. (Mmmm... dual wielding...)

For starters, learning how to slap on my bass (no sexual innuendos please) as well as improvisation on my bass.

Otherwise, some sort of swordfighting. Preferably ken-jutsu (if I haven't gotten names mixed up).

There are better things I could choose but...meh.

All forms of martial arts, with the ability to mix and match between styles. That, or how to unlock the full potential of the human brain. Hmm...powers.

I know it is not possible to do these things but I am sure you know my answer...

I want to learn how to bend the fabric of existence to my will, with a muttered word and a quick gesture. Or in other words D&D style spellcasting(as a wizard, as my charisma score is only 12, while my intellegence score is 18)

I'd like to be able to read and speak any language at will.

This will sound weird, but practice some in the dark, where you can't see your instrument. It will force you to learn where everything is without looking, so you can let the music flow with less concentration. Also, get one of those boring 'learn intervals by ear' cds and play along. It will help train your ears and hands.

There is a simple counting scheme for BJ. As the cards come off the deck, keep a running total in your head, starting at zero.

2-6 +1
7-9 nothing
10-A -2

If your count gets high, bet high. Count low, bet low.


As far as martial arts, or manipulating matter, I'll get back to you guys
