Amusing joke?

Just had a thought, while sitting here, that made me laugh (but not out loud - I'm at work, y'see). It could be made into this joke:
Q: Do you enjoy sex?
A: I like to keep my hand in.
Q: Do you enjoy sex?
A: I like to keep my hand in.
