J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!

The Jets cannot lose this time, we are the favorites!

[/inflated ego]

IN reality we have had a good of chance as ever, and since the last time we won the Super Bowl OSU won the nation's championship we are fated to win.

Mwahahahahahaha!!

The Raiders shall destroy any hopes of a Jet's superbowl victory!

Hey, I was pleased to see that the Niners pulled out the 'V' on Sunday, but most people recognise that they were pretty damn lucky. Can they get that lucky for three more games?

YEs! Forty Niners are going all the way suckas! Garcia is the best QB in the league and i'm glad a cocksucker like Brett Favre is on the outside looking in.

Good things about the 80's:

-Saturday Morning Cartoons
-Return of the Jedi
-The Forty Niners 4 super bowls!

Not to sound like an Angry New Yorker but they won on a bad penalty call. To say they could win again would be like saying "just because (fill in blank trekkie) got Mr. Wong to concede a point means he could actually prove ST could beat SW."
But anyway good luck.

I'll be rooting for the team I don't want to win. For the past few Super Bowls, the team I rooted for always lost.

Obviously a Bills fan.....

Niners are going to win and Terrel Owens will spend the off season doing Sharpie commercials. Jeff Garcia will be the next Chunky Soup guy, Barry Bonds will cry because his San Francisco team didn't win a world series  and The midwest will be sitting their with their thumbs in their ears because THEIR TEAMS SUCK.

I feel Darth Fanboy is in for a rude awakening on Sunday when that mediocrity of a football team called the San Francisco 49rs goes to Tampa Bay. Not that it matters. Unless Michael Vick pulls a miracle out of his admittedly speedy ass, the Eagles are going to the big dance this year.

When the Niners and Eagles get their rematch set up we'll make a friendly wager. In the meantime you better hope Vick doesn't do to you what he did to GB @ Lambeau. Or does "First Packers playoff loss @ home" not indicate the fact that some talent is going to the Vet?

OK, OK, OK, let's take this one week at a time: pics for this weeks games.

Steelers vs Titans: I say Steelers
Falcons vs Eagles: Eagles
Jets vs Raiders: Raiders
49ers vs Bucs: Bucs

The Jets looked awfully good against Indy. They just flat out decimated payton manning (perhaps the most overrated QB of all time). But the Raiders are getting hot at the right time. They finished the year strong. The Oakland/NY matchup is just too close to call. Definitely the best game of the weekend.

If Brad Johnson is a no go for the Bucs and they have to put in Rob Johnson (Brad's adopted, semi-retarded brother), they're toast. Sure their defense is hot, but with Rob at the helm of the offense they will not be seeing that special painted place called the end zone. This game could be an ugly, low scoring affair featuring lots of big hits from the defense. Terrel Owens makes the differerence, and the 9ers limp away with the win.

The Iggles take the falcons in a wash. Atlanta just does not have the offensive playmakers to compete with the phily D.

How the hell do the Steelers keep making it into the playoffs? Every year it seems they just stumble into the playoffs like a drunken Frat brother, and they promptly get shown the door. Unbelievable.

I'll freely admit I'm worried about Vick. What I'm not worried about is the rest of the team. Those wide recievers are going to be completely out of their depth dealing with the Eagles secondary, and with the exception of James Mugro and Tiki Barber, nobody's been able to run on the Eagles this year (and Barber only had one good game out of the two times the teams met). The way you beat Vick is the same way people beat McNabb in his second year: take away his other options and force him to beat you all by himself. The Falcons actually remind me a lot of the Eagles of a few years ago, the first time they went 11-5 under Andy Reid. Team with a dynamite young quarterback with a pretty decent RB (though Duce was injured that year) but not much else in the way of offensive talent staging a turnaround after a couple dismal years. The only real difference is that the Falcons don't have the defense that the Eagles did. As such, I'm not too worried about Atlanta right now, but in a year or two, I predict they're going to be a Super Bowl favorite.

Yesss....the 49ers are going to get 0wned when they come down here. OTOH, Vick's team will get a beat-down from the Eagles - who will promptly crush the Bucs.

Niners getting OWNED

It's too bad the 49rs aren't as good at playing football as a certain rabid Niners fan board member is at running his mouth, eh Darth Fanboy?

Bucks and Jets in the Superbowl with an inevitable Bucks victory.

A little edit:

Perhaps Terell Owens forgot his sharpie today?

I don't watch pro football anymore, but if I hear the Bucs make it to the big dance, I may watch the Superbowl this year.

Niners fans should look on the bright side. Now Terrell has an extra month to think up touchdown celebrations before next season.

Pennington is a talented young guy, and Curtis Martin is flat out good, and I would not want to face them in the playoffs, but I don't know if they can beat Oakland. We'll know in three hours.

And perhaps the fact that the Bucs have to play the Eagles in Philadelphia has slipped your mind. Three games in the last three years, including a regular season game this year, and zero offensive touchdowns to show for it. Your defense is good, but so is ours. We have Donovan McNabb. You have Brad "Nobody respects me! Waaah!" Johnson and Rob "Sack Me" Johnson. You do the math.

Warren Sapp and Mister Lynch. Although I believe the Bucs will beat the Eagles, I don't really care. My team didn't make it into the playoff's anyway.

The Redskins.

But at least they did better than the Cowgirls this year.

Mr. Sapp, who did such a great job containing McNabb the last three times they played. Sapp didn't so much as get a hand on McNabb the first two game. And while we're throwing around names, here's three for you: Vincent, Taylor, Dawkins. Which one do you think might run an interception back this game?

Yeah, the Shitpokes sucked the big one this year. I almost miss the days of the good Cowboys. Used to be, the fans here would be frothing for two weeks over an upcoming Cowboys game. Now, the night before the game, the Phillies are a bigger topic of conversation than they are.
