I think there should be a limit of polls you can post per day. Straha has been posting them like crazy just to up his/her post count. Maybe on of the Moderators should recomend this to wong.

How many polls per day woukd you suggest?

I would limit it to 2.

I would suggest just telling him to knock if off. Anyway I don't think the board has any function with which to limit the number of polls and if the mods want to go to the trouble of monitoring them its there choice. I personally have not noticed.

Straha just needs to be told to knock it the fuck off.

While I'm proud of my post count, it's not something I devote my entire board experiance towards raising.

I suppose that would be the better thing to do. he is the only one other than a few others that I have seen do it.

My post count is all I'm about. I remember back in the day when I had had the lowest post count and (especially) posts per day of all the regular active members. I have since gained over 1000 posts

Yeah but your excuse is that you joined at November, I was one of the first members and n00bs were easily surpassing my post count. I have since caught up and/or passed a number of them though.

Honnestly if I wanted to really boost my post count I would do it somewhere else. I like polls. That's why I put them up, I think they are informative and helpful. And for as long as I have been here I have posted more polls then ANYONE else. Proved that in a "war" too. You might as well give me the title Spammy Pollster cause It would take quite alot to keep me from polling

Yesh, a custom title of "Poll Spammer" would fit you quite well.

Polls are a tool for determining people's interest in the board. Abusing them, as determined by moderators, will not be tolerated.

Perhaps you should conduct a poll to see what people consider abuse?

No, I think I have that distinction. Even though I joined very early on, I was usually just an observer until about a month and a half ago.

I would suggest a mod to simply delete the obvious postinflating polls
