From JKII Jedi Outcast, there was that Sith Lord (at least I think that's what he was, if not a Dark Jedi) Dessan. He looked to be a sauroid/reptillian creature. Though this is several years after Palpatine's demise.

Nice very nice, getting interesting. I love the way Yoda is showing a darker side and how Mace is his muscle. Kinda reminds me of Palpatine and Maul.

She wasn't a Sith Master she was the highest apprentice in the Sith academy, she just wanted to be the Master. But it still shows that there were Sith that weren't human
