Idea Questions

Post by Darth Paxis »

I have some ideas for stories, but I would like to know if anyone has done them already.

1. A Star Wars/Star Trek crossover that takes place during KotOR and Enterprise

2. An origin story for the Joker, portraying him as a tragic counterpart to Batman

Thank you.

Not to my knowledge.

Again, not to my knowledge. Then again, I'm no expert on Batman. Probably depends on what you mean by "counterpart." Hell, The Dark Knight thouroughly explored the relationship between the two and suggested that they were (sort of) counterparts: for example the Joker's "you complete me" line. For comics there's also of course The Killing Joke, where its showed that like Batman, the Joker was driven over the edge by a horrible tragedy and the loss of his family. Again, what exactly do you mean by "counterpart?"

I'm thinking of something similar to The Killing Joke but with the Red Hood portrayed as a vigilante figure that leads to the creation of the Joker
