Does there come a point when someones action forfeit their right to the protection of the Constitution? Her actions put the entire human race at risk. I don't want to admit her testimony, but some acts our so heinous they need to be punished. And it is not just about her but also the list of other traitors she revealed. She signed on with human's enemies (or of the US). She forfeited her protection under the constitution. That was the argument I made to myself but I am uncertain. I voted for conviction without much conviction. And No I absolutely do not support water boarding. but if there are circumstances where I would (or much worst) for that matter. I am glad I don't make those decisions.
