Scary, isn't it? Such an excellent fanfic should be well known to every person who's ever heard of Star Trek and Star Wars.Crayz9000 wrote:Oh. My. God. You guys have never heard of Worlds Without End? It spawned a saga that continued for well over two megabytes of text -- bigger than StarCrossed.
Worlds Without End, Shadows of the Night, Against All Odds, and Paradise Lost.
It's all available on the ASVS Fanfic Archive, under Chuck Sonnenburg fics.
Awesome lines from fanfics you've read

Well, it's very well known to all of us on ASVS. Chuck came here, but wasn't terribly encouraged with the limited response his fics got here (probably mainly due to StarCrossed's insane popularity).

Ironically, and not without a bit of fearful anticipation of your vengeful response...what is StarCrossed?Crayz9000 wrote:Well, it's very well known to all of us on ASVS. I had no idea about that. I wish Chuck would come back because I enjoyed his work and thought it made the fanfic forum a true Best of the Best gathering.Crayz9000 wrote:Well, it's very well known to all of us on ASVS. Well, he also had other real-life concerns. He isn't even frequently posting on ASVS anymore.

During the Second Fanfic War even at close range Sarcasm Rounds would often simply pounce off the thick cranial armor of Panzer Mk 9K.
I was sure the whole "non well known author" would clue most people in, never mind the "there might be a sequel!"

Unfortunately, my humor detector often goes awry when I have a sinus infection. I realized there was something a bit fishy about your post, but decided to play it safe...Grand Admiral Thrawn wrote:I was sure the whole "non well known author" would clue most people in, never mind the "there might be a sequel!"
