In this forum I see several crossover fanfics which aren't necessarily Wars vs Trek; are pure Wars or pure Trek fanfics allowed?

It says "Fanfic", it doesn't say "Only SW vs ST fanfic" so yes you can do just about any fanfic you want as long as it's within the realm of human decency.

It doesn't even have to be fanfiction, either, as there have been some original fiction and poetry posted before.
