Uh-oh, technical difficulties.
UPDATE: Oh, things are back to normal.
ALSO: Does the central hub area of Gabriel's base have a sophisticated power core at the lower levels directly beneath the central AI terminal? I wonder how Gabriel built up his empire (although it must've taken years and he may have found a way to manufacture his psychic pills after Obrin fucked him).

Hey Winter, I thought you would like these rough sketches of characters and locations from your series:
Laputa
Federal Trooper
Federal Personnel
Gabriel
Keith Obrin
Hawthorn

Cool work, mate. I like your Laputa sketch in particular, and Hawthorn is pretty much spot on.Big Orange wrote:Hey Winter, I thought you would like these rough sketches of characters and locations from your series:

Not sure what's going on with the Gabriel sketch, mind you . . .

Re: Updated: Street -- Now Up For Sale!
It is starting to get convoluted, but finally some more light is shed on Gabriel (who had no choice being what he is) and Colonel Obrin (not so clean cut now). I imagine Ryan (aka Doom Potato) to be a late teens to mid twenties version of Christopher Eccleston.

Street -- Back Again
For those of you still enjoying Street and its awesome stylings, it has returned to the web just this week after some spotty service and a forced hiatus. It'll be running once a week, but it'll be running, which is the important bit for me.
We're now launching into Part 31 and steaming ahead towards the publication of the next book.

Ryan

Re: Street -- Back Again
Wow, a complete rewrite and streamline of the plot (that was getting overlong and convoluted anyway). The Federation of Equal and Allied Cooperating Nations sounds pretentious.

Re: Street -- Back Again
Whoa, I've neglected this thread!
Good to see you're still reading along, Big Orange. I hope you're enjoying the revamped storyline, it has rekindled my interest in the book. I really didn't care for where the old one was headed and it was killing me. Now I've even got something of a buffer again. Slowly but surely clawing it all back . . .
My holiday to India next week might put a bit of a kink in the wires, but I hope it won't be too bad.

Ryan
