I was curious to know if anyone has ever written or if anyone knows of a fanfic in which Emperor Palpatine isn't defeated at Endor, and ends of confronting the Yuuzhan Vong. If anyone could point me in the direction of a fanfic like this, I would greatly appreciate it

A fic that involves this would be roughly analogous to the attempted carjacking in American History X, and would end the same way.

Quite a masterpiece. But although the Emperor in the end does wind up dealing with the Yuuzhan Vong, he's not exactly himself...
