Good day sirs.The 79th Division today skirmished with the new cadres of Comguard trainees. Despite their status, the 79th division was effectively defeated in combat against rookies. The combat status reports are misleading, yes, the 79th achieved their primary objectives. However, combat losses were utterly unacceptable and in a real battle, Red Team possessed enough simulated combat power to successfully counterattack. Against potential WOB aggressors, if not Liao/Marik armies, the 79th would had been forced to concede our fragile positions in the Chaos March. Success against the Clans is not equivalent to victory against WOB raiders. With reference to OS-60-5835, Precentor Luacra inference appears to be valid. Awaiting Finance input regarding feasibility of recommended action.

With the conclusion of exercise Moonlight, Cadre 59-5-03 has completed scheduled syllabus content. ROM has also finalised security checks on cadre. WAM reports operational compromise due to loss of records, 49 cadets demob to general duty(Ref Annex A).
Request permission to finalise Blade commission. Awaiting your input regarding command structure, junior leaders has been selected, selective training to be conducted at selected sites.(Annex B)
Request fast-track promotion authority, pending ROM clearance.
