Looking for a LOTR fanfic

Perhaps SD.net can help me. Years ago I read a LOTR fanfic which takes place in modern day. The idea is that Morgoth has reincarnated himself in NYC and is planning the destruction of the world. Aragorn is reincarnated as a psychiatrist who is trying to help an elderly gentleman recover his lost memories of who he is, and Arwen is reincarnated as a NYPD detective. Things are going along well but get further complicated when several elves from Valinor, lead by Legolas, are picked up by the US Coast Guard.
This was a great fic, perhaps 15 chapters, but I can't find it anywhere. Has anyone heard of this or know where I might find it?
