So I'm planning on writing a 40K story about a bunch of Chaos Marines. Just for kicks I'm making it a board fic. Some of the positions are taken already, but here's what's open:

A World Eater.

An Emperor's Children Noisemarine.

A Word Bearers Chaplain.

An Iron Warriors terminator (with servo-arm).

A Night Lord.

A Death Guard.


If you want in, pick one and give me a reason why you fit the part. Also, if your username doesn't translate to a character very well, see if you can make something up.

I'll go for World Eater. My justification for this is
A: my custom title(wait, that applies equally to any Chaos Marine, crap),
B: my trademarked viking berserk style with foam weapons,
C: the fact that I'm a little too fond of cold steel in general,
D: shouting "Blood for The Blood God, Skulls for Khorne", I mean, who wouldn't want to do that?

'consequences' doesn't really work,how about Brother-Warrior Ghornal, whose squad nick happens to be Consequences? Please?

You know, when i joined up i should have thought about fanfics and getting my name into them rather than just going for the first thing that came into my head.

Emperor's Children, I think, will do nicely. A refined hedonist Sorcerer, still handsome due to a hammered gold mask riveted to my skull...

OK, just so you know, unless somebody bites the dust, nobody is joining the actual group except under extreme circumstances. Remember, they've been exiled from the Eye and are going to be recieving NO reinforcements or support.

In case you haven't seen the movie 'The Dirty Dozen' which this is (loosely) based on, they are effectively dead men who are just going to recieve insane mission after insane mission until they all die. Nobody is going home.

Now, I've got a part written for Guardsman Bass, as a guardsman. I can put Yosemite in as a Dark Eldar. If you want to be something else, I can roll with that. But it's highly unlikely that they'll be seeing any other Chaos Marines.

Hm... So it's not entirely closed...

In that case I volunteer to be included somewhere.

Actually, I wasn't thinking to make me part of the squad; perhaps a character they encounter on the way, someone to move the story along? -shrugs- Just tossing that idea out your way...
