Wierd 40K fanfic ideas

With the influence of Chaos slowly spreading across this board, I want to see what crazed warp inspired fanfic ideas other have come up with. This thread is just a general brainstorming area for all sorts of the wierd, crazy fanfic ideas involving 40K that our esteemed authors, and various heretics have come up with over the years.

Personal ideas
1. A Hyperion/40K tie together. The events of the books take place at the beginning of the dark age of technology, and as humans master freecasting, and use of the Void that Binds, this opens up their psychic potential, thus leading to the Age of Strife, in which the Technocore (Iron men) are mostly wiped out, and are otherwise sacrificed to their UI (the Dragon). The emperor represent the Divine portion of the human UI, and the description of the war between the UIs is what will happen when the Emperor ascends and him and the C'tan duke it out. The idea of a secret hidden past would be very interesting, and the tie ins can be done with a lot less fannagling than most.

2.Discworld 40K. I always thought that a 40K short written in Terry Pratchett's style would be absolutely hilarious. In the grim darkness of the future, there is only war, and really big meals.

I have others, but have to be going, but please, post your own crazy 40K fanfic ideas.

* A lone Guardsman on board a Nurgle ship has to fight his way out, armed only with a bar of antibacterial soap, and some spray deodorant.

* A Necron Lord takes control of an Imperial planet, turning it into an Industrial world, but safe for people to live on. Arcologies across the planet, lots of wilderness, and extensive manufacturing capacity. The locals' faith in the Emperor is genuine, and they have multiple yards in orbit building advanced Lunars (all those nice weapons from BC size ships installed on Lunar, a common Imperial hull). The only difference is the black monoliths around the planet, keeping the warp away. Unfortunately, at the current level of military build-up, the planet will be effectively bankrupt in 103 years.

However, an Inquisitor comes around, as what used to be a Feral planet has missed its tithe for the past 50 years (darn warp). He arrives, and stares in shock. Investigating the planet, he finds the local military using power armor similar to Space Marine quality, plasma weaponry for all, etc. Maybe a small story where the locals help fight off a Pirate fleet.

The finale for that would be the Inquisitor declaring that the locals are heretics, and ordering Exterminatus on them. 97 years later, a large Hive Fleet comes by, and consumes the remainder.

* For adults, would be a few guardsmen being slowly inducted into a Slaanesh cult, having to do more unusual actions, in order to find the boss, and kill it.

I have been planning to make my first written fic for quite a while and was thinking of a short Dr.Who/40k/Dalek fic, maybe 2 one for the daleks and one for the good doctor.
And I had this idea for months, long before the recent sci-fi thread on the subject (I don't have time to write and you're going to despie my first fic and I hate doing something badly even on the first time).

I demand Chaos Marine vs. Necron fics, and if somehow anyone wanted to incorporate Orks and Tyranids into it as cannon fodder then that would be acceptable.
