where... and now...

Where... how odd.... I don't remember. like when you walk into a room and wonder why. I hated that, long ago... It'd Peeve me off. I'd think
"what a waste of energy!" and walk out of the room. But now... thats the least of my worries.
It's unfair to try to tell the story from the middle. It'd just make you annoyed. I guess it started when I was little... I was a cute kid.. I lived on the planet naboo. I was born on Alderann, but work had moved my father to a different planet. I guess it was around then, that a child starts to realize stuff, starts to understand it. thats when It started.
I had loved my granparents very, very much. when I was 4, I finally stopped living with them. With my father always gone on buissness, and hardly ever did the credits come back to the house in time. So my mother had to take up a job. She never told me what it was, but sometimes, I'd hear her crying... looking at the mioney my father sent and just crying. It wasn't because it was meager, I never really knew. But with mom and dad gone, I had to somewhere, and that somewhere was my grand parents house.
I was about to visit, I remember now. I was so exited! I had my things packed weeks early, and I was counting the minutes. at the time, I remeber I was out, playing with the large beasts that adorned the fields of naboo. I then saw a figure coming... moving quite quickly.
"Chris! Chriss!" it was my mother's voice. She sounded quite distressesd.
"yes mother?" I yelled as I ran up to meet her. I stopped about a meter or so far from her. She was crying like when she looked at the money.
"mom? what is it?"
"its yo-*sniffle* your- *wail*"
"my what?" but by then I knew it by the picture in her hand.
"what happeded to my grandparents? can't I go visit them on alderan?"
she then wailed again. I looked around, then saw a small holgram projector brocasting the news.
"In a recent shocking display, the empire, having announced that there were Rebels of the rebel allience, have completely destroyred the planet in an immense showing of the power of the death star, a new battle station capable of completely wiping out a planet."
and you know what, that was all it took. and I cryed... I hate to admit it, but I did. Last time I can remember crying, really. Around this time, another thing happened, my dad stopped showing up at all. He would usually come around once a month, or at least call. But now, he was gone. my mother got stiff at the sound of anythig related to him, and cryed at night.
I matured alot after that. I was cold, suddenly. I figured out what happended around the age of 14, 6 years later than alderaans destruction. I learned my father had been a rebel operative, and had been on alderaan at the time of the attack. I was, from then on, a nearly literal zombie.
but somthing saved me. It was related to a church coming into town. I my motjher forced me to go, when one person in front, during the service, got up and left! I was shocked! for once, in a long period of time, since I had been 14, I finally felt a tingle in hy head. after church, I left to find the man. He was nowhere. His rebellious behaivior shocked me. and I would not understand, a secret, and unintentional message within this.
after 5 years in church, my mother noticed how pro- empire they were. It was now known by each of us what each of us knew about my dear father.
"the empire is a great government, saving lives with common sense, logic and morali-" during the sermon, the man was cut off in mid-sentence by my mother standing up, angrily
"Oh yeah, the why did they kill my husband? Why alderran?" she continued yelling at the shocked minister, till she eventually stormed out.
"its no good insulting the empire, they get mean, mom."
"SCREW the empire!" she yelled out, attracting odd attention.
some times you wonder, if things had gone differently, where would you be? I wnet to get groceryts that night, and came home to a house that had an odd smell.
"mom?" I walked through house looking for my mother, nearly frantically, as it became worse.
"chris.." I heard her faint voice coming from a the family room. I walked in, and- The walls were scorched. my mother was a pile of heated guts, burnt flesh, and pain. I couldn't move, or scream. I just looked at her, and a single word escaped her lips before she died
"empire..."
I heard form behind her a swoop bike starting, and in the blind fury of rage, grabbed an old blaster rifle. I kicked oper the door, looked down the sigjhts at the accelerating figure... slowly pulled the trigger...
"click"
I paused, then started pulling the trigger. It was empty. after that, I threw down the gun, and went in. rage exsuasts me.
*prolog^*
