You didn't answer my questions. Do you know the answers? Can you guess?
umm, the size and how much you can put in them depends on the size of the generators (they require massive amounts of power, and metatron). As for opening it, the vector trap generator would have to be activated again, because as soon as it's shut off, it snaps shut. As for Anubis using it to teleport, I'm guessing it would work the same way, the generator(s) would have to be active in order to open it again, otherwise it snaps shut.

Would Anubis be able to suck in a kilometers-wide space colony?

And? A vector trap has never been used as a weapon in such a manner and I never suggested it.... however.. teleporting straight to the core and unleashing some firepower....

I think blowing it apart from the inside would have an adverse effect on it...

What's it going to do? Shoot itself in it's own reactor? :P

Make no mistake, it can do that. DG can regenerate VERY quickly, and can take a LOT of collateral damage while killing off whatever it's fighting.

The Devil Gundam can regenerate.

Okay, let's add Turn-A and Turn-X to the fray.

Devil Gundam Corps:

JDG-00X Devil Gundam (final form)

GF13-001NHII Master Gundam
Image
Gundam Heaven's Sword (in attack mode)

Grand Gundam

Walter Gundam

All of these Gundams are fast, well-armed, and capable of quickly regenerating themselves, except for Master Gundam. (Devil does it EXTREMELY quickly) They are all very dangerous, and all sold their lives at high prices. Devil Gundam managed to keep fighting when its pilot left the cockpit, for god's sake!

Yeah it was pretty freaky when the Devil Gundam had rain ripped from it. It showed its fangs and IIRC it screamed. It was starting to become its own being...

Yes, Devil Gundam's stubborn refusal to expire went beyond anything seen before. Defeated time and again because of the weakness of its pilots (that's not a shot against Rain and Kyoji), Devil is the only Gundam I've ever seen to lose its pilot and STILL keep fighting. It took heavy energy blasts and regenerated (in the space of nanoseconds) and seemed none the worse for wear. Only through a combination of the loss of its core life unit (pilot) and a massive energy blast was it defeated.

Did you guys notice the Mandala that the Shuffle Alliance formed when they destroyed the Grand Master Gundam (I think that's where it was, I didn't tape those eps)?

That was kinda cool. It threw me off at first.

Orbital Frames can pilot themselves.. the orginal OF prototype Idolo did this, the pilot was completely gone and Idolo kept on fighting.

It also happens in 'Fist of Mars' with the OF Testament saving it's pilot a couple times when he gets caught without it.

The mobile dolls provide decoy as the BT human pilots have a hard time tracking them (they do move without the human restriction thus can be far more erratic and far harder to hit than pilot equiped suits) and have the newtypes move in for close quarters combat. Also have a couple of snipers on the outskirts of the battle field to pick off that annoying good pilot and a nuke equiped gundam if by some slim chance things go FOBAR for the gundam side.
The Taurus MD moved like lightning, but the Virgos seldom did evasive manuevers, IIRC. The Sanq kingdom's MS were able to push through the planet defensers while the Virgos were in the air (I can't remember which episode number, but a bit before Oz invaded the Sanq kingdom). Admittedly a Virgo can't manuever in an atmosphere like it could in space, but it should have been able to move some in midair.
