The city is named Enoch, which is the name of the city the bible claims was founed by Cain and named after his son by the same name. Now, as we all know religion is Bullshit, so I can only come to a simple conclusion. Cain, or at least the person who inspired him, came through the stargate and built this city. I cant be sure though"
