LadyTevar is good. Changing it to LadyNitram would just confuse the hell outta me.

Keep your old name, you're already a lady in the aristocracy don't give up your title so easily as marriage.

If anything you ought to get a custom title, you're getting bloody well married. Something along Sirius' line would do nicely, though it has nothing to do with your marrying him.(nudge nudge wink wink say no more)
