lots of banners are always a pain in the ass. simple layouts seem to work best from what i've seen. as well as offering content that's either fairly rare, original, or simply massive, is a great way to draw the people.

you need to put in categories. e.g. hardcore, anal, lesbian....
once you´re in a category there have to be sub-categories with the chicks name´s, e.g. cindy, mindy, mandy.... with sample photos.
if you click one of the sample photos you should be directed to a site with thumbnails.
