You usually need to pay money to set up a porn site. I remember being on a site where some lass had made a pay site for her pictures, and she made very little money out of it. Indeed, I think there was a period where it actually cost her money.

...and she was pretty damn attractive.

it's all about the advertising. the more people you can reach with yer site and the more content you offer, the more chances ya are to get a profit. my advice is to offer the site for free without membership for a month or two and advertise all over the place. once you start racking in the hit counts, change it to a charge site. that way people who really want back in will pay to do so.
