Considering some games.

Post by Anarchist Bunny »

Well, I checked out a local electronic boutiques recently for some old or used games marked down. I rarely drop the money to accually buy a game when I can beat it handily in the rental period. Well I'm gonna head down there to buy one, but first I wanted to hear some recommendations on the ones I could remember.

Max Payne- $20
Dues Ex - $15
Eternal Darkness - $20(I know how awsome this game is but I've beaten it on rental, but still considering getting it)

Deus Ex. Hands down. Max Payne is way to short. Since you've already played Eternal Darkness, get Deus Ex. It is hideously fun and interactive. A really good review of it is here: +http://www.somethingawful.co*/articles.php?a=208

I would get Deus Ex.
Max Payne will a very good game doesn't last for long, i beat it in 2 days, now Deus Ex will keep you playing for a long time and has good replayability due to its multiple endings.
I don't know about Eternal Darkness.

Hehehehehe, who needs to run missions, a baseball bat and a crowded street is all I need to make money.

Unfortunately after 15 minutes of smooth play it starts to lagged down a bit, especially if I'm in a vehicle.

I bought Deus Ex a year and a half or so ago. I still play it from time to time to see what other ways you can change the ending.

By far one of the best single player RPG's ever made.
