In the Science and Logic forum, there are several topics moved to other forums. However, they are not locked, so whenever anyone posts at the moved topics in the Off-Topic forum, it bumps it up in the S&L.
There should be an option somewhere that locks moved threads......Along with the # of posts per page, it should help reduce clutter....
